We believe

the Bible is God-inspired (2 Timothy 3:16,17).

the Holy Spirit is available to all for  interpretation, guidance and comfort. 
(John 14:16, 14:26, 15:26, 16:7, )

Jesus is with us in all things, making the Scriptures Live through us(Mat 18:20)

2. The Eternal Godhead

We believe

God expresses Himself through The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost. (2 Corinthians 13:14).

3. The Fall of Man

We believe

in the doctrine of original blessing, that God blessed His Creation in all-encompassing Love.

that man was created in the image of God, but that by voluntary disobedience he fell from perfection (Romans 5:12).

that through the Principles and Love of  Christ we have been commanded to return to that Perfection in this life and have been shown the way.  (Mat 5:48, John 17:23)
 

We believe

in the love of God. 

that Christ is the Son of God. 

that the  way to salvation is to accept and extend the Love of God in all things.(John 3:16-17)

5. Salvation through Grace

We believe

salvation is the free gift of God.  (Eph 2:8).

6. Repentance & Acceptance
 

We believe

that salvation must be responded to through our daily efforts to live by the example Jesus has given us (James 2:14-18).

7. The New Birth
 

We believe

that the change which takes place in the heart and life at conversion is a very real one (2 Corinthians 5:17; Galatians 2:20).

8. Daily Christian Life

We believe

that it is the will of God that we be sanctified daily, growing constantly in the faith (Hebrews 6:1).

9. The Lord's Supper
 

We believe

the celebration of the Lord's Supper transubstantially brings us back into the presence of the Lord  (Luke 22:19)

10. Baptism of the Holy Spirit
 

We believe

Baptism is an essential of faith; that baptism is an act of the heart and a demonstration of commitment to The Father, The Son and to Love.

 that Baptism is of Heaven, not of men.  It is an act of sharing with God and a demonstration of that sharing.

11. The Spirit-Filled Life

We believe

that it is the will of God that we walk in the Spirit daily (Ephesians 4:30-32).

 the Holy Spirit continues to lead us to God's truth  and guides us in our challenge to live the Gospel each day.

12. The Gifts & Fruit of the Spirit
 

We believe

all gifts of the Holy Spirit are given for the benefit of all and no one gift can be seen as superior to another or as being essential to salvation; that we should show spiritual fruit as evidence of a Spirit-filled life.
(1 Corinthians 12:1-14; 13:13,  Galatians 5:22).

13. Moderation

We believe

that the experience and daily walk of the believer should never lead him into extremes of fanaticism (Phillippians 4:5).

We believe

that the second coming of Christ is personal and imminent (1 Thessalonians 4:16, 17).

that in a very real sense, Christ is with us now, available at the slightest invitation or mention of His Name.
 

We believe

the Church is the living Body of Christ.  Our relationship with Christ IS the Church.

the fellowship is not confined to a building or a group of people, but is to include all mankind without exception.

that all believers in Jesus are meant to be as one joined in the mind and Spirit of Christ. (John 17:20-26)

17. Civil Government
 

We believe

the civil government is to be obeyed and respected

that we have a responsibility to introduce the Love of God into our relationships with the Civil government every bit as much as with each other.

18. The Judgment
 

We believe

that Judgment is reserved for The Father, that we can only judge what is in accord with His Will for us, not for others.

that the judgement of God is based on his tender love and mercy.

We believe

that heaven is a real state of existance.

that the realization of heaven is the goal of every Christian

that it is attainable and inevitable for those who accept Christ in their lives and hearts.

We believe

that hell is the result of being separate from The Father.

that hell is a state of existance reserved for those who deny The Father's Grace and live apart from Him.
 

We believe

in the great commission; that we are to extend His word to all who will hear and to those who will not.

in respecting the beliefs of our brothers; trusting Holy Spirit to guide them as He shall direct.

in demonstrating His love in an unoffensive, loving manner; becoming true Children of Light, in His Name.

giving, whether monetarily or socially, should be a matter of personal responsibility and given in Love to those who may most benefit.

in supporting ministry that extends the Love of God.

we are individually responsible to the poor and may not abrogate that responsibility to a corporate entity.
